Our objective for the day was to seek out properties in the 1.5 to 3 million range, already updated with current home decor, mid size family style floor plans, amenities, etc. We were very excited to see all the activity and energy in the market as we like to carry that same intensity to our International Buyers interested in the Niche Market of La Jolla.

Although, before I start, I would like to make a quick note about Realtor's and their Open House Signage. Whether it be a calm sunny day or the Santa Ana winds kicking up, make sure your signs are upright and pointed in proper direction.
