Although inventory trended upward, based on these statistics I am finding buyers are still having a hard time finding " The Home" that meets ALL of their needs. My advice to buyers is to remain patient and keep looking, when you find the right home you will know.
A decline in the following categories:
- Number of listings sold
- Average active price
- Active sold price
- Median sales price
Perhaps the market has started to shift..? Not sure it's the Seller's Market of 2013 but more like an even playing field heading into Spring.
