Located at 7731 Fay Ave, Piazza 1909 is bringing back to life the original beach house named "The Brodiaea" built in 1909. Recently restored for residents and visitors to enjoy and making for a great location to grab a gourmet bite.
Relax on the patio while sipping a crisp, cold beer or indulge in a bottle of wine. Either way a great compliment to these authentic and bold flavors affirming that most ingredients are locally farmed and organic.
Got to love husband and wife teams! Milan natives Roberta Ruffini-Ceresoli and Stefano Ceresoli collaborate in making this restaurant visit a delightful one.
Want to bring your dog? I just hope they are as well behaved as these little cutie patooties...they didn't even bark...or flinch with my lens all up in their face.
Not open for dinner yet...but coming soon along with private party accommodations for up to 100 attendees. A large patio and lounge area provides the perfect alfresco dining to gather with friends and family.

Chef Stefano gracefully manipulates the garnish on the house bruschetta, the perfect match for my Instagram pic...you know you do it..taking pictures of your food...hubby better not dive in right away...hold up wait a minute...photo op!
Pleasing to the eye and our taste buds this appetizer delivers a powerful punch of fresh veggies including onions, celery, capers and pine nuts. Carefully selected seasonal ingredients provide bursts of flavor in our Bruscaccia.
Generous portion sizes, the pasta entree with appetizer was plenty to feed the two of us. Ordering the Orecchiette e Rapini with a special order of linguine noodles...what...I've never had orecchiette and I wanted to go with what I know...sorry Chef.
A bed of homemade pasta, bite-sized, vine-ripened and juicy cherry tomatoes paired with rapini (belonging to the spicy turnip tribe). Creamy and tantalizing sauce with freshly sprinkled Romano cheese and its NAP TIME! After we clear the plate of course.
We would definitely recommend Piazza 1909 and can't wait to go back for another round of Chef Stefano's traditional yet unique Italian creations!
