If you live in La Jolla more than likely you've visited Sugar and Scribe, which by the way is our new favorite bakery!!

These sweet & savory baked goods are conveniently located in the heart of the Village, if you haven't been, you must go!! Breakfast, Lunch or Snack...it works for any and all occasions.

When was the last time you treated someone...just because?

It was the morning of a listing appointment as the butterflies of anticipation were subsided by our brainstorming of what to give..

Perhaps to some, simple etiquette when you visit someone's home ...but that's who we are by nature as we enjoy activating people's dopa-mine!

Our motto is "teamwork makes the dream work" hence we include something of value from other local businesses, which better connects us all through an experiential event..positive impression.

The "aha moment" smacked us in the face as we continually passed by this cozy bakery to and from our Open Houses in the Village.

Cupcakes! We will bring them Cupcakes!

The size or price of the gratitude is insignificant, its the thought that counts! So our new tradition is delicious Lemon Cupcakes for our first-timers and the decadent Salted Caramel Cupcakes for repeat offenders! Great idea for friends, clients and colleagues.

Sugar and Scribe Bakery at 7660 Fay Avenue is the place to be!

Made with the finest ingredients, the full-bodied butter cream frosting with hints of powered sugar and vanilla is swirled atop a moist and fluffy cake. With over 25 different cake and cupcake flavors to choose from, deciding on just one is very difficult.

You can offset that anxiety by ordering the mini cupcakes and getting 3 or 4 of your favorites, we LOVE: Salted Caramel on Chocolate and Maeve's Vanilla Vanilla. 

Cake so good you'll consider skipping dinner to have dessert first..which by the way is my favorite thing to do! Marc on the other hand is still perplexed and scarred from his childhood that sweets before dinner is a "no-no".

Trust me when I say save room for dessert! or like me...just eat it first.

Sugar and Scribe makes it possible "You can have your cake and eat it too".
