A Broker Caravan is what some might call an "Old School" practice where local Realtors gather at the same time every week to share new listings of the week. After the meeting, the homes are available for Realtors to tour as an opportunity to preview for possible buyer clients.For us Caravan is so much more than that. It's the perfect 3 hour window to take advantage of getting to know the market up close and personal. Very often these homes we see on caravan serve as "comparables" for future listings or buyer clients. This is also a good time to build rapport with our fellow agents, developing, maintaining and nurturing these relationships is important.
