Happy Easter to All Of Our Peeps From Team SchuCo

I just about fell out of my chair when I saw this re-created Peep of the ever so famous Kim Kardashian, truly priceless!!!

Peeps are a childhood memory and to this day I still enjoy eating them. As the celebration of Easter is upon us I thought what a great way to relate to our readers through Peeps!

In a competitive market like La Jolla real estate, identifying and differentiating from the competition takes some serious thought.

Here's my attempt to connect with you on a whole different level and share with you how we are different from our competition..

Enjoy and Happy Easter To All Of Our PEEPS!

2. They Adapt To Clients Needs

Spring time is historically the best time to sell your home for top dollar. This is the time of year that there are the largest number of buyers actively searching for a new home. (April, May and June) However, we like to get to know your needs and goals before deciding that now is the best time to sell. Setting realistic goals is important in real estate.

5. They Listen

In Today's high-speed, high-tech world the skill of listening and communication is more important than ever.

For us effective listening means fewer errors and less wasted time.
Forbes points out that "genuine listening" has become a rare gift, helping to build relationships and solve problems. Listening is an active process of receiving, understanding, remembering, evaluating and and responding. To become better listeners Marc and I have both been through the Carew International Sales Training, a leadership technique that improves communications with customers. Being great listeners is exceptionally important to us.

6. They Have a Positive Attitude

A positive attitude is necessary! Looking at the bright side of life, being optimistic and expect the best things to happen. A state of mind that Marc and I continue to develop manifesting positive thinking, constructive thinking, creative thinking, motivation and energy to do accomplish goals.

A positive mind frame helps to expect success not failure. Feel inspired, giving the strength to not give up when obstacles arise. Believing in yourself and your abilities enables self-esteem and confidence.

We pride our work on looking for solutions, instead of dwelling on problems. This mindset doesn't come easy, but we work on it daily thanks to our friend and coach Dr. Jason Richardson!

He has been in our corner and helped us through difficult times..now we are eager to share our experiences with others so they too can learn from it.. Read his new #itsallBSbook!

7. They Are Proactive

Happy Easter to All Of Our Peeps From Team SchuCo
This post is leading up to our door knocking adventure this weekend. We have a personal goal of walking the communities of La Jolla and introducing ourselves. If you see us in your neighborhood don't be afraid to say hello..we want to share our passion for real estate and help the community in any way possible. Did you know a percentage of our sales this year will be donated to the Whale View Point Shoreline Enhancement Project? Helping to improve the aesthetics of our gorgeous coastline one donation at a time.

We try not to come empty handed this weekend we will be sharing the love with an Easter Snack Peeps Pretzel Rods featured on My Litter.
