Numbers don't lie my friends...the trends are interesting as the condo market creeps into the Seller's Advantage Zone and the market continues to grow hotter.

The median list price in La Jolla, CA this week is $959,000. The 118 properties have been on the market for an average of 194 days. This number is also based on median number of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the average square footage at 1,446. Inventory has been lightening lately and the Market Action Index has been trending up. Though days-on-market is increasing, these are mildly positive indications for the market.

Supply & Demand

The market continues to get hotter. More sales demand and fewer homes listed have contributed to a relatively long run of increasing prices. Current supply and demand levels show no sign of prices changing from their current trend.
Median Price - Price trends continued their recent uptrend this week. While still below the market's price high-point, we've seen a nice run recently.
