How long has it been since you've been on a date? Do you plan date nights? or do you fly by the seat of your pants when it comes to wooing your significant other? Marc and I look forward to date night and with Valentine's Day coming up its no secret..I know he's planning. I loved this date to George's at the Cove Ocean Terrace with a visit to Cups and our favorite beach La Jolla Cove.

San Diego Restaurant Week is quickly approaching so now might be the time to plan the perfect date night full of wonderful deals. This twice a year tradition starts on January 13, 2013 and will end the evening of January 18, 2013.

This year you can download a new app devoted to Restaurant Week available for iPhones and Android devices. And I know by sharing this I just decreased my chances of winning the VIP package: La Jolla Concours d'Elegance, but I just couldn't help myself.

Over 180 Restaurants throughout the county will debut special fixed-price menus. This is a great way for San Diego Restaurants to put their best foot forward as it draws a big crowd of first time diners.
